Player registration is a three step process – you must complete all steps to complete the registration process!
Step 1:
Review and download the form for your physical and concussion paperwork. Please print out and bring to your doctor or facility for your physical examination. Paperwork can be turned in to Rachel Burgan (the Magnet Coordinator at Bellaire High School and our Sponsor) or to Hayden Hessel during practice (Team Player President).
Step 2:
Complete the online registration process that allows us to gather all player contact information, home address, parent contact information, and e-mail addresses.
Step 3:
Go to the payment page and pay dues in full or set up a payment plan.
